Charles' experience includes two decades at Fletcher Construction, where he spearheaded 17 consecutive years of successful HSEQ ISO accreditation with Telarc.  Charles has conducted numerous HSEQ audits for different clients on various sites across NZ. He also wrote and updated Quality, Environmental and H&S Manuals and Systems, based on ISO requirements. Last year he was asked to help his former employer to assist with their annual ISO HSEQ accreditation. He also played a major role with Construction Techniques Ltd to maintain their ISO HSQ accreditation as well as adding an ISO 14001 Environmental certificate.
